This recipe is extremely simple to prepare!

  • Add half pineapple  diced into 1″ cubes
  • Add 3 Sugar cane sticks ( break them in half)
  • Add contents to ~90 Oz water and refrigerate for at least 12 hours

Pineapple contains bromelain which is an enzyme with anti inflammatory properties,  fighting off toxins and ridding the body of harmful chemicals.  Bromelain also helps to improve overall digestive function increasing the rate at which the body can digest proteins.  Pineapple also has lots of potassium resulting in replenished and balance electrolyte levels.  Sugar cane also aids in digestion and provides immune system support to fight infections.
