Infused Water Recipes and Ideas –
4 cups watermelon (measure in 2″ inch cubes) then mash the cubes in a bowl.
2 cups strawberries cut into quarters.
6-8 sprigs of mint.
Add these to ~ 90 Oz H2O and let sit at least overnight. (Ideally 24 hrs)

Benefits of:

Watermelon – Helps lower blood pressure, alleviate muscle soreness and alleviate muscle pain.

Strawberries – Filled with TONS of antioxidants.

Mint – Promotes healthy digestion.
