Have you ever heard of the “8×8 Rule”???  It means drink 8, 8 ounce glasses of water per day.   That is 64 oz per day.  The 8×8 rule has long been implemented in school curriculum, medical practices, and nutrition articles, but this may not be the case.  Because in 2002, the American Journal of Physiology published a study that in conclusion, recommended women drink 91 ounces of water per day and men are recommended to drink 125 ounces of water per day.  (These are both averages that can vary depending on weight, height and level of activity).   Even Though this study is from 2002 it is still quite unknown to many people the proper amount of H2O to consume each day.  That being said 125 ounces is 15.5 eight ounce glasses of water and 91  ounces is just over 11 eight ounce cups of water!!!  That is a lot of water to drink!  So what’s the best way to get your recommended water intake and keep it natural and healthy?  Infused Water!!  Look forward to drinking your recommended water intake by adding fruit that not only enhances flavor but is beneficial for your health!  There are so many great recipes available now a days on social media!  Check out this video showing super simple and delicious infused water recipes!
